Dear parents,

For this week, OC kids had the chance to meet letter "Rr". They got to know how differently they have to press their tongues to pronounce it correctly. The English /r/ sound has to be strong and emphasized while the Russian similar sound is more trilled and rolled.
Have a nice day!
Sincerely,
Mr. Anton, Ms. Liana, Ms. Stacie and Ms. Daliya

Nursery

Dear parents,

This week we've met the letter "Qq" at our school. Our smarties have learned many new words, poems as well as songs. We had real fun with our ducks that were quacking all the time))
Kids have crafted quilts, quails and question marks. On Friday, we've baked quick quiches. Next week, we will learn all about the letter "Rr".
I also want to let you know that next Friday we are going to celebrate Saint Patrick's Day. So I'm asking you to dress up the children in green if it's possible.
See you next week,
Ms. Liana

Reception

Dear parents,

Another wonderful week has passed. We talked about letter Rr. Played memory games with Rr words, sang songs, made crafts and even created our own rocket that is fueled by ink! That was tons of fun.
On Friday we celebrated St. Patrick's Day. Our color was green for the day, so we looked like a gang of leprechauns. We even got the gold coins to make everything seem more realistic! A great ending to a busy week.
Wishing you a pot of gold this St. Patrick's Day and may every petal on the shamrock bring you joy and good luck this weekend.
Ms. Stacie
