Dear parents,

This week has gone with a blink of an eye! We are glad to let you know that OC kids have enthusiastically learnt all they need to know about letter "Mm" and the words initiated with it. We hope you had a marvelous week too!
Sincerely,
Mr. Anton, Ms. Liana, Ms. Stacie and Ms. Daliya

Nursery

Dear parents,

I hope you're doing well! I won't be original this week either)). As usual I'm glad to tell you about our weekly routine. So, we had the letter "Mm" at OC School. Our kids have learned new words, poems and songs during this week. I would also like to let you know that some of our kids are already reading books in the afternoons. They all are very interested in reading and I'm very proud of them! Kids have made mirrors, monsters, mouths and mat crafts. For the cooking, we've had mashed potatoes with mushrooms. Next week we'll meet the letter "Nn" and also we're going to celebrate St. Valentine's Day on Tuesday. On that day we would like the kids to wear something pink and white if possible.

Reception

Dear parents,

Monkey see, monkey do, come meet monkey in the zoo! This song and many more our children learned this week to get a better understanding of letter Mm. We made mouths full of teeth, mice on mats and mushrooms.
Next week we will start reading the Mr. Men collection. The concept of the books is that each Mr. Men character displays an appearance and traits linked to their name, with the story giving a simple moral lesson. We're all looking forward to that!
For science we mixed milk and vinegar and heated it up to get plastic. This was the first plastic made in the world back in 1820. They used it to make pens, handles for knives, glue and buttons. We made our own button, but something went wrong and the button fell apart. Oh well, that's not going to stop us from experimenting!
Enjoy your weekend!
Ms. Stacie
