November, 18
Dear parents,

The kids witnessed the winter's early signs of appearance during the third week of November; the last two days of it specifically. Who knows why! Maybe because the school has already started its preparations for the upcoming Christmas celebration that will be happening the last week of the next month. Putting our early-winter excitement aside, following our curriculum, the kids learnt many new words that start with the letter "Gg" and, therefore, applied their knowledge into memorizing new songs and poems, crafting new crafts, playing new games and exploring new experiments.
Have a cozy and warm weekend!
Sincerely,
Mr. Anton, Ms. Liana, Ms. Stacie and Ms. Daliya

Nursery

Dear parents,
I'm happy to let you know that we've already started to learn our Christmas poems. During this week, we've talked a lot about the letter "Gg". Our kids have learned many new words which start with the said letter. They also discovered that it sounds differently depending on the word it's in. They've made various interesting crafts for you to be proud of their talented little hands.
On this Friday, in addition to having a "Green Cooking Day", we also had "Messy Hair Day" so that we could enjoy our Friday to the fullest!
Side note: At this moment, almost everyone reads and writes already. They can count as well, which is good news to share!
Sincerely yours, Miss Liana.

Reception

Dear parents,
This week we talked about letter Gg. Children made wonderful glittery grapes, green grasshoppers and goats in grass.
On our science lesson we made ordinary grapes dance with the help of soda and vinegar.
Besides other books, we read "The Gruffalo". This story is about a forest monster. Children love it and most probably know it by heart. We've read it so many times, but they just can't get enough of it!
As you know, it's already the middle of November and that means Christmas is knocking at our door. Next week we will go on with our usual study plan, as well as practicing for the Christmas play. So much to do and so little time!
Enjoy your weekend, Ms. Stacie
