October, 07
Dear parents,

OC-K has welcomed the first week of October by learning all about the letter Bb by introducing different interesting animals that start with letter B; especially bees. Their hardworking nature and astonishing presence in our world are what made them our theme of the week.
"How doth the little busy bee
Improve each shining hour,
And gather honey all the day
From every opening flower!"― Isaac Watts
Sincerely,
Mr. Anton, Ms. Liana, Ms. Stacie and Ms. Daliya

Nursery

Dear parents,
Another week has passed. This week we have learned all about the letter Bb And for sure we had a wonderful theme which has been called "Bees". We found out that bees work hard to make honey for us, and on Friday we had a chance to observe a honeycomb. By the way, we have tasted a bit; it was so delicious! We have made bees, bats, bears and butterflies for you to admire. For cooking we have baked honey biscuits! Next week we are going to meet letter Cc.
Best regards,
Ms. Liana

Reception

Dear parents,
The first week of October has come to an end. Kaliningrad weather is so chilly, leaves are turning color, but the children are having tones of fun gathering chestnuts and acorns while playing outside.
Although it's autumn, that didn't stop us from learning the life cycle of plants and growing our own beans!
All this week we talked about letter Bb. Made beautiful baskets, bracelets with buttons and beads, beehives and bumblebees.
See you next week!
Ms. Stacie
